COVID-19 Important Update

Following the Government’s announcement regarding the national lockdown from Thursday 5th November, CCR Motor Co will continue to help keep our customers moving while working within the guidance laid out by Government.
We will be fully open as normal until the close of business Wednesday 4th November 2020

From Thursday 5th November, our Service departments will be operating on a “by appointment only” basis for all servicing, MOT and repairs. We will continue to operate in a completely safe manner and comply with all social distancing measures including protective screens at our service desks. . We will also continue to take Cashless Payments as we have for several months now.

Our Sales showrooms and used car external display areas will close to the public from Thursday 5th November - until further notice. However, our teams will remain in our dealerships to continue car sales remotely. We will be able to send you “walk-around” videos of cars, talk to you via live video call and look after you just as well as if you were here with us.
Customers will be able to collect a vehicle which has been reserved either online via Click & Collect or over the telephone with our teams in our dealerships. The handover will have to be outside though so please come prepared for the season!

All vehicle handovers will take place in a designated exterior area and full social distancing practices will be in place to ensure both colleague and customer safety. Home delivery options are also available and will be handled in a Covidsafe manner.

Our colleagues remain on hand to assist with all of your sales and aftersales enquiries via telephone or email.
Thank you for your patience, and for working with us to ensure our dealerships are a safe place to visit and work. We are open for business in sales but please do call us first rather than arrive unannounced.
