CCR Motor Co COVID 19 NOTICE and Re-opening Update
From Wednesday 13th May our service and parts departments will now be open.
All service and parts visits to the dealerships are appointment only. Please call the dealerships on the number in the contact us section of the website, via our live chat or on the email: customerservices@ccrmotorco.co.uk to make a booking or enquiry.
In line with Government guidelines our dealership sales showrooms are currently closed.
We do have an offsite team are operating and can assist with any enquiries you may have. Our Live Chat facility is also operational remotely.
We are also introducing an order and collect facility soon, so you can order a New or used car and collect it from the dealerships.
We have implemented the following from our health and safety risk assessment:
◾ Safety equipment including protective screens and social distancing markers.
◾ PPE equipment for all our colleagues including masks and gloves.
◾ Hand washing and sanitising facilities on site.
◾ A limited amount of customers and colleagues will be permitted in the showroom at one time.
◾ Social distancing zones have been installed to limit cross contamination between colleagues.
◾ Amended process's to ensure social distancing.
